Making Judgements: 

Graduates must demonstrate that they have achieved oral and written communication skills in the study languages, with particular reference to the legal, economic and mediation fields. Communication skills are achieved and verified through written and oral exercises, depending on the type of laboratory activated

Graduates must demonstrate that they have achieved oral and written communication skills in the study languages, with particular reference to the legal, economic and mediation fields. Learning skills: 

Graduates will have to demonstrate autonomous learning capacity of further knowledge, through the use of specialized bibliographic sources, multilingual terminological databases (IATE), thematic glossaries compiled by EU translators, self-learning computer programs. These further learning abilities can be exploited both in the workplace, in the acquisition of new and updated skills, and in the possible continuation of studies (eg PhD).
Learning skills are achieved and verified by experimenting in the course of the second year courses with the ability to consult and profitably use the aforementioned self-learning tools.

In the second year of the course, the student of each curriculum must acquire 16 CREDITS related to passing the final exam.

The master's degree is awarded after passing a final exam consisting in the presentation and discussion before a Selection Board of an original written paper, which can be drawn up in Italian or in one of the study languages according to methods that will be detailed in the didactic regulations.

The topic of the paper will focus on a topic related to one of the two languages or another of the disciplines provided for in the curriculum followed, provided that the topic is consistent with the chosen path. Speakers of the final exam are the first and second level role professors, the teaching researchers and the holders of
replacement contracts for official teaching.

The rapporteur, where necessary, will be assisted by a co-rapporteur, belonging to the same or to a different scientific-disciplinary field.
