The exam is oral, with questions designed to verify learning of the content and develop logical connections between the various topics covered.
The course aims to provide fundamental knowledge of organizational behavior and organizational variables for understanding how organizations function. Students understand that each organizational solution has advantages and disadvantages, and that specific organizational choices must be appropriate for the company's goals and economic/institutional context. Furthermore, students learn the importance of organizational behavior for organizational effectiveness and organizational well-being.

The course is based on lectures and discussions of case studies conducted by the instructor with students. Students are required to read the case study and the examples listed in the syllabus beforehand.
