Student should acquire theoretical and pratical knowledge and behaviour principles pertinent to them for emergency operation, according to international medical and surgical guidelines, purposed to know and know how to do, to assure life support and restoration in out of hospital emergency performing basic CPR and early defibrillation (BLSD).

ABCDE method to approach to the injured patient, first aid training to respond to major medical and traumatic issues.

The course develops with frontal lessons (12 h) and training lesson on simulator (5 h) with delivery of the certificate enabling the use of AED (AREU/Regione Lombardia).
The topics addressed, are of great daily utility for everyone but indispensable for those who find themselves operating, with any role, in the health sector.
During the lessons, with the support of slides and the illustration of relevant clinical cases, the students are invited to discuss and interact with the teacher with questions and curiosities.
The exam takes place by means of a written quiz test based on closed questions relating to the parts of the program covered in the classroom.
