• glycemic stability and health, choice of carbohydrates
• anti-inflammatory diet
• basifying nutrition and sports performance
• experimentation of the effectiveness of basifying nutrition on sports performance with hiking
• intestinal microbiota
• balancing of macro and micronutrients according to the LARN of the Ministry of Health
• nutritional timing (pre-race and post-race meal) and sports performance
• food supplements in sport and health

Convenzionale

Teaching takes place through:
• lectures in the classroom which aim to provide theoretical knowledge, with PowerPoint presentations, video, images.
• practical lessons in outdoor environment that aim to provide skills for learning and carrying out experiments in which to apply the contents of the theoretical lessons.
