Teaching takes place through:
• lectures in the classroom which aim to provide theoretical knowledge, with PowerPoint presentations, video, images.
• practical lessons in the gym and in an aquatic environment which aim to provide skills for learning and structuring practical proposals for physical and sport activities in an aquatic environment.
