GREEN EXERCISE AND OUTDOOR MOTOR AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES
No specific prerequisite.
Test with 31 multiple-choice questions. For each question, in the three answer options, there is only one correct answer and two incorrect ones. 1 point is awarded for a correct answer and 0 points for a wrong answer. The evaluation is expressed in thirtieths.
The course leads the student to develop basic knowledge on the promotion and implementation of strategies for maintaining or achieving healthy lifestyles, through programs of structured motor activity in an outdoor environment. Furthermore, the course aims to provide the practical skills necessary for the planning and administration of structured physical activity programs with particular reference to the outdoor environment.
The knowledge and skills gained in this teaching are the founding prerequisites for the professionalism of the Kinesiologists of Preventive and Adapted Motor Activities.

• Outdoor sports and sustainability
• Orienteering: disciplines and competitions; the map; psychophysiological demands; didactics of orienteering (theory and practice).
• Nordic Walking: history and definitions; scientific evidences; principles of didactics; materials and clothing; technics and didactics of nordic walking (theory and practice).
Teaching takes place through:
• lectures in the classroom which aim to provide theoretical knowledge, with PowerPoint presentations, video, images.
• practical lessons in the gym and in outdoor environment which aim to provide skills for learning and creating practical proposals for physical and sport outdoor activities, with particular reference to orienteering and nordic walking.
