OTHER ACTIVITIES
It is necessary to have acquired most of the knowledge associated with the courses offered by the degree program
Attendance at the activities is mandatory and aimed at obtaining the CFU. If necessary, a report, regarding the activity proposed, will be requested. The activity is recorded as "attended".
The disciplines of this area are common to both curricula and have the aim of providing the student with knowledge on the organization of the working world ensuring the basis for understanding the business system, the management strategies, the cost-benefit analysis and the principles of the circular economy. As part of the "Other knowledge" course, seminars will be organized; the topics are complementary to the teaching courses and the student will learns how to introduce himself and how to relate to the working world also through the preparation of a good curriculum vitae. The aims of the activities of this area are the ability to apply knowledge in a wider context, establishing interconnections between economic market processes and biological areas.
Both practical and theoretical experiences will be conducted allowing to improve and deepen knowledge of the world of work. The topics will range from how to work in a team, the importance of leadership and dissemination of knowledge
The knowledgewill be aquired by seminars and visits to structures within (animal shelter, electron microscope) oroutside of the University (ASST dei Sette Laghi, Prealpi Spa, etc). The student also has the possibility of proposing an activity as long as it is consistent with the educational purposes of the course itself. In this case, this activity must be approved by the degree program council.
