Provide appropriate knowledge on the pathophysiology of the cardiovascular system

Mentions of clinical anatomy and physiology of the heart; pathophysiology of the cardiovascular diseases (with elements of diagnostic techniques).

Pathophysiology of the cardiovascular diseases (with elements of diagnostic techniques) including: atherosclerosis, arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease, sudden cardiac death, syncope, cardiomyopathies, valvular heart diseases, congestive heart failure, inflammatory heart diseases, and pulmonary embolism.
