The course deals with business contract law, with particular reference to the most recent Italian and European legislation and the most relevant Court decisions.

The aim of the course is to provide Students with the theoretical and practical knowledge required to draw up business contracts and deal with them in their professional life.

By attending this course Students should be able to acquire the skills required to identify and solve the main legal issues arising from business agreements.

Contractual schemes will be studied on the basis of the examined set of rules and principles.

Materials (such as contractual schemes, decisions) will be distributed during lectures.

An updated edition of the Italian civil code is essential, as well as the most relevant legislative acts.

Oral examination at the end of the course.
Students taking the examination should be able to show a good knowledge of the subjects of the course and to analyse the most important issues related to business contracts.

Grading system is on thirtieth scale. The minimum mark for passing the examination is 18/30.
