Reports and complaints
Uninsubria provides you with channels and contact persons to whom you can refer to address reports (comments or suggestions for improvement) or real complaints/appeals, which the University will consider in order to improve its services.
Whom is it dedicated to?
The service is aimed at:
- students enrolled in University degree courses (degree courses, masters, research doctorates or specialization schools)
- teaching, researching and technical-administrative staff of the University
- University collaborators (contract staff, research fellows or fellows)
- external users, such as: prospect students, families, businesses/organizations, citizens.
How to address your report, suggestion or complaint
Are you a student enrolled in one of the University's study courses?
Consult the modalities identified for your course of study:
- Degree courses (corsi di laurea; in Italian)
- Research doctorates
- Professionals programs (Master; in Italian)
- Specialization schools (Scuole di specializzazione; in Italian)
Are you a professor, a researcher, a technical-administrative staff member or a collaborator of the University (contract staff, post-doc or research fellow)?
- If you encounter difficulties in the context of your work activities, we suggest that you first discuss with your superior, project manager or supervisor.
- For doubts or clarifications relating to your recruitment procedure, find the name of the Head of the Administrative Procedure (RPA) on the competition announcement in which you participated.

- If you believe you have suffered an episode of discrimination, sexual and moral harassment or bullying, you can contact:
- If you believe you have encountered a risk situation, improper behavior or activities involving exposure to particular dangers for your health and safety, you can report them to the Prevention and Protection Office (Ufficio Prevenzione e protezione) writing to: prevenzione.sicurezza@uninsubria.it specifying the problem and where and when it occured.
- If in the context of your employment relationship you believe that you have encountered unlawful conducts, detailed and not based on mere suspicions or rumors, you can report them by writing to the dedicated e-mail address: anticorruzione@uninsubria.it, with reserved access only by the Anticorruption and Transparency Responsible and the Coordinator of University Guarantee Committee. In this way the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, in accordance with italian legislation, is guaranteed.
