Requirements: 

There are no specific requirements, but a knowledge of the contemporary Italian history is also required from the end of World War II to the 80s of the last century, to be deepened during the lessons and during the preparation phase of the exam.

Final oral exam conducted through a single test. The final vote will be determined by the degree of acquisition of the expected knowledge and skills, with criteria that will take into account the communicative ability of the candidate, the knowledge of the subject matter, the ability of synthesis and analysis, and the ability to historically contextualize the topics discussed.

Teaching is intended to provide the cognitive tools through which to learn the notions necessary to understand both
the organization of an audiovisual event and the experience of the journalistic-information disclosure of events through traditional communication (press office) and on-line . At the end of the course the student is expected to have the following skills:- the ability to place an audiovisual event within the socio-cultural system - ability to evaluate the audiovisual event - the ability to include the audiovisual event in the journalist-information disclosure system.

Study of the so-called Italian comedy through the authors, the "masks" and the most significant titles. The period from the post-war period of so-called "pink neorealism" to the decline of the line will be taken into account, with the sexy comedy of the 1970s. Some fundamental films will be analyzed, partly or wholly, in order to locate analytically the path of evolution of the kind, always in relation to the historical and social context.

The training objectives of the course will be achieved through frontal lessons for a total of 48 hours, during which will be seen sequences of the films provided by the study program. The teacher will accompany the students on a path of reflection and analysis of selected sequences, with collective discussion.
