DEVELOPMENTAL PSYCHOLOGY
There are no prerequisites or propaedeuticity constraints. For understanding the topics, however, it is advisable for students to have passed the General Psychology (C.I. Human Sciences) and Psychology (C.I. Psycho-Biology) examinations in the first year.
Written examination (11 closed questions with multiple-choice answers)
To provide students with the basic theoretical foundations of developmental psychology necessary to manage with intentionality and awareness the helping relationship with the developmental user or his/her family members in the main contexts of the educational profession
- Introduction to developmental psychology (theoretical assumptions, objectives, current trends); - motor and perceptual development; - cognitive development as it unfolds (Early Childhood - Late Childhood - Adolescence); - communicative-linguistic development; - emotional development; - attachment bonds in the life cycle; - the elective contexts of development: family, school, peers - the main expressions of distress in adolescence
