Appropriate knowledge of Physics is required
The evaluation consists of a written test. The student will be asked some questions, both wide-ranging and more specific. The aim of the exam is to verify: 1. the level of achievement of the training objectives indicated above, evaluating the level of knowledge and deepening of the topics addressed.
The vote is expressed out of thirty.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
The course aims to offer a systematic framework of the principles, fields of application and rehabilitation strategies of Physical Therapies.
EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES
At the end of the course, the student will be able to: 1. Know and understand the therapeutic strategies that are the basis of Physical Modalities; 2. Apply the knowledge acquired in the different fields of application of Rehabilitation.
The different forms of physical therapy are described by critically addressing the updated literature.
The following topics are covered:
Overview; electrotherapy; thermotherapy; magnetotherapy; laser therapy; mechanical therapies and innovative therapies.
