The course has as its specific objectives the acquisition of educational theories and techniques useful for the profession, and the understanding of the tools available to the educator in their practice, their characteristics and applicability, as well as the awareness of their role and specific functions of educational action
the contents of the course include an in-depth study of the types and characteristics of educational tools, and the peculiarities of the figure of the professional educator and his educational function in specific areas of the individual's life: the context, the network, the system, the family . an in-depth study was dedicated to conflict management
definition of the notion of educational tools, typologies, characteristics: open and closed tools. in-depth study of some educational tools: observation and the different typologies, fairy tales and fables, relationships, narration, drawing, communication.
Educational functions: in-depth study of some specific educational points: observation of the relationship and attachment theory, observation of the system and systemic theory, observation of the context and ecological theory.
Specific function of the educator in the observation and management of conflict: characteristics of the conflict and operating methods.
Work with families: life cycle and evolutionary tasks: the theory of family stress and coping.
frontal lessons with the use of slides, which involve the active involvement of students also in reference to real and concrete professional situations, in order to apply theory to educational practice, encouraging sharing, reflection and reasoning in the class group as a teaching resource
