Final Examination:

The examination consists of an oral interview aimed at ascertaining the acquisition and correct understanding of the course content. A question will be formulated on the contents of the syllabus, in respect of which knowledge of the subject, expository ability and the capacity for critical analysis will be assessed. The final grade will take into account the accuracy and quality of the answers, as well as the communicative ability and the ability to adequately motivate statements, analyses and judgements shown during the interview.

Convenzionale

The lectures include a casuistic approach, whereby numerous legal cases on the subject will be examined and discussed in the classroom.
Legal and ethical sources are examined using an exegetical method, through common reading and commentary.
