At the end of the course the student will be able to
• identify, analyze and reflect on phenomena of nursing interest that affect the individual in his life context, the community, the population, integrating in a multidisciplinary perspective with other professions committed to promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing diseases, both in hospital and local settings, identifying the role of the nurse in the field of health promotion and disease prevention;
• describe evidence-based interventions aimed at providing answers to the person's needs;
• contribute to the management of clinical risk to create and maintain a safe environment for the person, the family, the community, oneself and the other members of the work group;
• identify the person's nursing care needs, in particular the need for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and interpret the data collected to plan care and evaluate the achievement of care objectives
• will have acquired knowledge and skills in the organizational field, delving into management issues and analyzing the tools necessary to carry out a professional activity oriented within healthcare organisations.

The course aims to deepen the study of the person's nursing care needs, and in particular the need for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures,
of the methods of data collection, observation, interview, direct physical survey and planning methods according to priority criteria and continuous evaluation of the interventions carried out and the results regarding the satisfaction of needs.
The learner will be able to evaluate the patient in a global and systematic way, recognizing signs of normality and changes in the health/illness condition. He will be able to interpret the data collected to identify BAIs, plan care and evaluate the achievement of care objectives
