during the course, students are advised of the topics that need to be covered in depth for the exam . The examination usually consists of a description of an institute and then questions on other topics. Accurate knowledge of the subject matter, the ability to make connections between the various institutes and also a reasoned response to questions posed is taken into account in the assessment of the mark. The use of appropriate legal language is appreciated.
