Basic knowledge of Italian tourism legislation.
Students will be assessed in the light of their participation in the classroom, especially in the 'flipped classroom'. In addition, they will be asked to work on a specific theme, in the form of a group or individual assignment.
The course aims to train students to deal with foreign legal systems, to enable them to understand the tourism legislation of other countries.
The course is divided into two modules.
The first module covers the tools and methods of legal comparison and, in general, the major legal systems of our time.
The second module deals more in detaila with the principal legal issues in matter of tourism in some of the main European and non-European legal systems.

In addition to some 'classic' lectures, and conferences held by experts, innovative forms of teaching will be tried out during the course, such as the 'flipped classroom', in order to fully involve everyone.
Study materials consist of the lectures' content. Supplementary readings may be indicated during the course.
