It is advisable to have taken Institutions of Private Law and Constitutional Law courses.
Verification of learning will be through oral examination appeals.
Attending students may participate, at their discretion, in a possible midterm examination,
the outcome of which will be taken into account, exclusively in bonam partem, at the final interview.
The Course is divided into two modules. The first, of a general and introductory nature, is directed to explore, with an interdisciplinary slant, issues related to state intervention in the market, as a complex and multidimensional phenomenon, with specific reference to the environment. In particular, the issue of climate change and the relationship between the economy and the ecosystem will be addressed. The second, of a special nature, analyzes - also through the analysis of positive law and Italian and EU jurisprudence - some of the instruments implemented at the European and national level to achieve the so-called "green turn."
