the course has specifically professionalizing objectives, it intends to provide students with both theoretical and practical tools useful in educational work and intends to solicit a common reflection regarding the functions of the educator in the various care contexts and on the specificity of educational work, thus increasing the awareness of the role of the educator and the tools at his disposal.
EXPECTED LEARNING RESULTS: the teacher expects the students to present the contents learned with a suitable and professional language, and demonstrate that they have understood and internalized the notions, managing to translate them into operational indications, managing to translate the concepts into concrete operations in the various contexts working

he course intends to provide theoretical and practical notions regarding the main educational tools for the educator and the specific educational functions in the different contexts of professional application. practical cases will also be discussed in order to facilitate the translation of theoretical contents into professional practice.

The course is divided into a first theoretical part aimed at in-depth analysis of some tools available to the educator in carrying out his work, specifically narration, biography, game, interview, fairy tale, observation of the system and of the context (systemic and ecological theory), self-observation, the relationship (attachment theory). The second part of the course is dedicated to the in-depth study of some specific functions of educational work: conflict management, ecological work understood as the need to observe and evaluate the dynamics and interconnections between individual, environment and system and finally the the importance of the educational role, network and team work through the treatment of concrete cases

the teaching method includes frontal lessons that encourage discussion, comparison and free expression of ideas, doubts, perplexities, experiences starting from the theoretical notions learned; the participatory lesson allows sharing, reflection and the acquisition of the specificities of network and team work, making communication circulate.
