Aesthetics is a concept that comes after health, the goal of this is to know all the techniques to do dental in office and home bleaching and apply in clinical practice.
In its first part of the course, in deep analysis the concepts of facial and smile aesthetics, evaluating the atomic structure of hard and soft tissues in health and in inflammation conditions, also all the enamel alterations determined by intrinsic, extrinsic discolorations are analyzed , removable or not, caused by various factors or systemic pathologies, all this through the evaluation of different clinical cases.
The training objectives of the course will be achieved through lectures and practical exercises for a total of 24 hours.
Each student will have to put theory into practice so group exercise is a good part of the course.
We analyze most of the products on the market with different concentrations, analyzing the active ingredients and their physical and chemical characteristics
The theoretical part that concludes the course, describes all the skills of the dental hygienist with the regulations in force and the management of purchases
The practical part involves all the students, where to perform the professional whitening treatments directly on the patient, to know the possibility of learning to take the fingerprints with alginate and then make the models where they will be able to make personalized masks for home bleaching
