The course aims to provide first the legal bases necessary to understand the regional laws on tourism. Therefore, the first objective will be to know the law concerning administrative procedure (law 241/1990). Then analyze the Lombardy Region Law n. 27/2015.

The course will be developed along the line drawn up by administrative law, with particular regard to the sources of state and regional law, for the division of powers between the State and the Regions, for the sources of the European Union and for the law on administrative proceedings. .
Particular attention will be devoted to the study of the regional law on tourism.
Lessons will be held according to the traditional method of lectures and through the reading of sentences of fundamental importance for tourism legislation.
