The final assessment is a multiple-choice test. For those who attend, it is possible to carry out project work that participates in the final assessment.
The course aims to deepen the value of the educational dimension of communication analysed in different life contexts. In particular, at the end of the course the students will be able to know the epistemological foundations of communication pedagogy, outline the reference models for the management of effective communication within life and work contexts, understand the communication dynamics relating to conflict management and analyse the communication strategies used in digital media.

The course mainly involves the presentation of topics starting with some topical issues posed as case studies from which criteria and models for analysis and understanding can emerge. To this end, concept maps, graphic schemes, film sequences and short exercises will be used.
Those attending the lectures will be invited to carry out project work in working groups.
