Fluency in Italian.
The aim of the course is to give students the necessary instruments for the understanding of the basic institutes of public law.
In particular, as the course is intended for students in nursing at university, we want to give them an analysis of the wealth law and of the problems connected to it.
In the first part of the course the aim to achieve is the study of the organization of the means and ends of the Constitutional State of the system, of the system of the sources of law, of the Republican system, of the territorial autonomies, of the constitutional justice, of the constitutional rights and duties.
Then we will focus on the right of health and on the problems connected to it (thanks to the study of the most significant judgments of the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation, too).
Then we will focus on the concept of “Model Network” of National Healthcare System and the main laws related to nursing and ethics and deontology.
