The course focuses on labour law and in particular on the following topics:
-history of labour law in Italy
-The Constitution and labour law
-The sources : the law and collective agreements
-The characteristics of the employment contract ; similar figures , the project contract .
-The obligations of the parties : in particular the rights of workers.
- The events of the individual employment contract: the stipulation of the contact, the content of the contact, the test agreement, the prohibition of subsequent competition.
-The duration of the contract : the fixed-term contract
-Working hours ; part time
-Wage and its variables
-So-called special contracts; managerial work
-Health and safety protection of the worker
-Crisis management : the lay-off fund
-The termination of employment; individual and collective dismissals
-The right to strike
-The protection of workers' rights
