INORGANIC MATERIALS CHEMISTRY PART A
Part A front lectures are focused on some, representative classes of cutting-edge inorganic materials, namely:
1. mesoporous and microporous materials (zeolites and metal-organic frameworks).
2. Magnetic materials (paramagnetic, ferromagnetic, ferrimagnetic, antiferromagnetic materials)
3. Conductive materials (electronic and ionic conductors, ferroelectric, piezoelectric and superconductive materials)
4. Materials with advanced optical properties.

The teaching activities of Part A does not rely on a reference textbook. Rather, they take advantage of material prepared ad hoc by the professor, including book chapters in Italian or English and the slides presented during the lessons.
The teaching activities of Part A comprise front lections (32 hours) with the aid of slides.
Part A professor is available to meet the students any working day, preferably by appointment. Her office is located on the third floor of the building in via Valleggio 9, Como.
