• Creation, use and analysis of data tables in the MATLAB environment
• Graphical representation of atomic and molecular wave functions using MATLAB
• Visualization and conformational analysis of molecules with AVOGADRO and VMD
• Use of web resources for molecular graphics and for visualization of the electronic structure of molecular systems in 3 dimensions.

The course will consist of lectures in the computer room, with the use of computers, through which the students will practice confronting themselves with a series of tasks designed to apply the different notions of programming and visualization during the lessons themselves.

The teachers receive, by appointment via e-mail, every working day at their studio, in the headquarters in via Valleggio 9, Como.
