Basic notions of Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy physics
Students will produce a brief report and present it during an oral test
Students will have the possibility to experience some of the concepts exposed in courses concerning Medical Physics
The main topics of the course are:
- Quality Control and dosimetric characterization of linear accelerators
- Examples of radiotherapy treatment planning
- Quality Control and dosimetric characterization of radiological equipments
- Analysis of digital images
- Examples of radiometabolic treatment planning

At the end of every lesson Students will receive a copy of the slides
The course includes lectures and experimental measurements on site (Radiology Dept., Nuclear Medicine Dept., Radiotherapy Dept.and Medical Physics Dept.)
