This course will deal with regulation of data protection, with the analysis of legal requirements and the adequate measures to ensure cyber-security; the copyright protection and the new forms of creative commons licences will be presented, also highlitghting the ISP, internet service provider's liability. Finally, the theme of algorithms and digital platforms in the context of new forms of online activity will allow students to understand the legal impact of the so-called disruptive business.
This course aims at providing the students the legal skills to define the rights of web users and the obligation to fulfill for companies which are using the social media's features in their enterprises.

1. Social media and Social networks: legal profiles, Child protection
2. Legal aspects of the sharing economy
3. Copyrights: Copyright and copyleft (creative Commons)
4. Cybernetic Security. Cloud Computing.
Iot: Internet of Things and privacy, Smart Cities.
5. Personal Data protection and privacy.
Social Marketing and Responsibilities of Internet Service providers
6. Big data and protection of personal Data.
