Oral exam
The course aims to provide students with the tools for understanding the European Union law applicable to the company and the relevant European policies for the activities of the industrial and business sector. The objectives of the course are: knowledge of European institutions, EU acts, mainstream European policies.
Analysis of the main European institutional subjects: European Council, Council of the Union, European Parliament, European Commission, Court of Justice, European Central Bank and Court of Auditors. - Acts and legislative procedures for their adoption.
- Tthe internal market and he four fundamental freedoms (free movement of goods, capital, persons and services)
- Union's regional policy and European funding.
- Competition policy
- Infringement procedures
- Common commercial policy. - European neighborhood policy and external relations of the Union
- Protection of personal data and civil judicial cooperation.
- Policies of judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
Union policies: the creation of the internal market, the four fundamental freedoms, competition between businesses and state aid, environmental policy and the management of infringement procedures in the environmental sector.
