The exam is only for who have obtained all the CFU to enter to the third year.

The exam is in written form, based on closed and open question. The evaluation consider the correctness of the answers, their completeness, the capability to develop logial argumentation and that to use concrete example.

To develop knowledge on organizational aspects of modern enterprise. The course is an introduction to the organizational design of an enterprise linked to strategic choices of the firm and the usage of the technological lever. Some lessons are focused on organizational behavior as complementary discipline to organization.

Description and analysis of organizational variables in an enterprise.
Macros and micros structure.
Organizational solutions to manage environment and work inside the enterprise.
Organizational theories evolution.
Inter-organizational relationships.
Organizational technologies.
Sustainable Organizzation
Fundamentals of organizational behavior: the person, the group, the enterprise system.

Book for exam: Daft Richard, "Organization Theory and design", last edition (seven) South-Western College Publishing, chap. 1 - 9. Slides and materials published by teachers on elearning platform.

Suggested: Tosi-Pilati, Organizational Behaviour, McGraw Hill, 2012.

Convenzionale

The teaching methods is base on traditional lessons and the discussion of enteprise case history. Students have to read before the lesson the case history or the example proposed by the teacher in the detailed course calendar.
