CHIRURGIA D''URGENZAPre-requisites are stated by the degree program. In order to be able to follow the course, the student should have solid knowledge of surgical disease, anatomy, clinic and diagnostics of the major surgical pathologies that require urgent treatment.
CHIRURGIA D''URGENZAThe aim is to teach the student, through the frontal lessons, the diagnostic and therapeutic aspects and the main clinical aspects of the most common pathologies that need a surgical treatment in urgency. The various pathologies will be treated in a practical way, starting from real or simulated clinical cases, referring, where available, to the reference guidelines.
At the end of the course, the student should have the basic concepts to provide nursing professional assistance in the most common emergency. He will need to know, among the most frequent surgical diseases, those that pose a risk of immediate life, He will also have to know the diagnostic pathways of other common urgent pathologies, knowing their management, applying critical nursing decision making and a nursing practice based on evidence.
Particular attention will be given to nursing care explanation through autonomous and complementary specific interventions
