FORENSIC MEDICINE
It discusses topics such as the role and the legal classification of professionals working in the health care sector within the National Health Service, the legal classification of health professions, the regulatory aspects of medically assisted procreation, transplant, informed consent, health care and professional secrecy. It also deepens the main requirements of the certificate and medical records, and also treats the report and the judiciary complaint. Are then discussed the peculiarities of INPS as institution and INAIL insurance against accidents at work.

The course consists in 16 hours of lectures (1 CFU). The lectures are supported by the projection of PPT slides. The minimum attendance frequency required is 75% of the program.
