Total prosthesis: advantages, disadvantages, limits and functional adaptations, History of the total prosthesis and anatomical structures involved, Anamnesis, inspection and palpation in prosthetic design, suction effect: concert of cohesion and adhesion, role of flanges and fornices, Management of floating ridges and undercuts such as pre-prosthetic surgery, anatomical landmarks and role in stabilization of the total prosthesis, crestal and palate anatomical variants. Management of torus, frenula and fornix insights, individual spoon preparation, individualization and boxing, mucostatic and mucocompressive imprint, chewing in wax and management of vertical dimensions, teeth test, aesthetic criteria, fox plan, phonetics and final delivery; management of technical and biological complications, skeletonized prosthesis, kennedy classes, hooks and parallelometer management, skeletonized preparation and immediate post-extraction, combined prosthesis, chronometric, individual milling, gothic arch, relining of prostheses, selective springing and management of occlusal balances, management complications.
