According to the regulation of this course, having passed examinations of the previous years is required to take the examination of this course. To optimize learning, persistent knowledge of the human anatomy and physiology provided in the previous years is important.
Oral examination on each section of the course by each teacher. The teacher will evaluate the students’ knowledge and the interpretative skills of the different aspect of cardiovascular pathophysiology, cardiac arrhythmias with their specific electrocardiographic patterns and technics in electrophysiology. The final mark will be the average of the marks obtained in each section of the examination. Student should undergo examination on each section in the same date
Provide the student with adequate knowledge of the pathophysiology of cardiovascular diseases, cardiac arrhythmias and their electrocardiographic patterns, together with the techniques and technologies used for interventional electrophysiology and cardiac pacing. At the end of the course, the student should be able to recognize the different cardiovascular diseases and the related pathophysiology, with peculiar focus on cardiac arrhythmias, their electrocardiographic aspects, electrophysiologic procedure and cardiac pacing
