CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY
The final evaluation includes a written exam consisting of 15 questions with multiple choice answers (4 answers of which only one is correct).
At the discretion of the teacher, the written assessment can be supplemented by oral examination.
The score obtained contributes to the final grade of the integrated course.

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY
1. Clinical Psychology: definition and role in the practice of the Professional Educator.
2. Communication: definition; the communication process; mode of human communication; effectiveness and communicative competence. 3. The Helping Relationship: definition, phases, skills and competences of the operator.
4. Empathy: definition and characteristics.
5. Counseling (outline): definition; principles; targets; strategies (crisis counseling; problem solving counseling; decision making counseling; informative counseling).
