The exam is an oral interview and the grade will be expressed in 30/30
The objective of the exam is the verification of:
The degree of knowledge and study of the main topics of the course program;
The ability to understand and discuss the contents of the course;
Exposure clarity and language property
Honors will be awarded in the case of the student: achieves the maximum score in all objectives; shows a particularly thorough knowledge of the topics covered; is capable of presenting the topics with critical spirit and reasoning skills.
The course provides the basic knowledge of the economic dynamics in the management of the enterprise.
The course aims to provide the concepts and methodologies useful for the design of organizational structures, the definition of coordination mechanisms, and organizational behavior. The course aims also to promote the acquisition by students of skills for analysis and organizational design through the use of case-studies.
The students will acquire adequate knowledge and an effective ability to understand the logic of business governance, with an in-depth examination of the operational conditions related to economic and financial balance.
The student will have to be able to understand what it means to "organize a business" or parts of it and how organizational problems are included in the more general problem of business administration. In particular, the student will have to be able to use the terminology and concepts acquired during the course in an appropriate way. The student must also be able to use the specific language of these disciplines and to convey specific themes and content to an expert audience.
At the end of the course, the students will have understood the methodology of organizational research and will be able to develop original ideas, also to organize their own research path.
