The educational proposal aims at transmitting knowledge about how
organizations work, with particular focus on group dynamics and
emotional aspects that are typical of organizational environments.

- History of organizational psychology and knowledge of organizations
- Organizational behaviour
- Groups within organizations and leadership
- Safety at work and the role of leadership
- Motivation within organizational processes and concepts of knowing,
knowing how to do, knowing how to be.
- The burnout phenomenon
