The course will analyze in detail the etiopathological, pathophysiological, diagnostical and therapeutical aspects of the main surgical pathologies concerning the gastro-enteric tract, liver and biliary tract, pancreas, endocrine pathology (thyroid), breast disease, surgical approach to abdominal wall (laparotomy and laparoscopy), common surgical complications, post operative period, surgical wounds, the pathology of the abdominal wall (hernias and laparoceles), abdominal trauma, obasity
