RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE GROUP MOTOR ACTIVITIES
No prerequisites required.
The final exam will be a written test.
Objectives :
Students will  acquire basic knowledge and skills in:
□	how to use movement to develop a person’s unity : motion, mind, relation and knowledge
□	how to prepare exercises suitable for age and fixed targets
□	how to organize a yearly or multi-yearly curriculum planning
□	how to plan a lesson suitable for the different  contexts: educational, sporting, adapted
□	Planes and axes of movement
□	Static posture motion schemes
□	Dynamic motion schemes
□	Conditional skills: strength, resistance and speed.  Improvement and maintenance related to the different phases of life
□	Motion learning
□	Control techniques
□	Curriculum planning
□	Lesson planning
□	Practice field tests
□	Evaluation
□	The teacher’s role
