The course intends to provide an introduction to the fundamental concepts of probability theory.
Probability spaces, random variables, limit theorems
Discrete probability. Combinatorial calculation. Discrete random variables.
Expected value and variance. Conditional expected value. Continuous random variables. Sequences of random variables and their convergence. Independent and identically distributed random variables. Law of large numbers. Central limit theorem.
