The course aims - to provide knowledge and communication skills that could allow an effective interaction between people from different cultures;
-promote the development of an open mentality focussed to the acknoledgment and acceptance of various communication models.

- Cultural models and forms of communication.
- Pragmatics of intercultural communication.
- Influence and effect of self and eteroperception.
- Analysis of possible misunderstandandings as a consequence of differences in language and cultural values.
- Construction of the multicultural mind.
- Analysis of real intercultural communication and interreligious dialogue cases.
