No previous knowledge of German required
Written examination: will consist in a test based on the Goethe Institut model, at level A1 for comprehension/production oral communication and production and A2/B1 for comprehension written communication.
Oral examination: will consist in a short conversation among two students regarding topics treated during the course.
The course is for students which intend to acquire basic elements of the German language, corresponding to the following levels in CERF (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages):
A1 (comprehension/production oral communication and production written communication)
and
A2/B1 (comprehension written communication).
At the end of the course students will be able to understand and utilize common use expressions and ways of saying to satisfy simple needs as well as understand simple and short texts.
Students will find available in the class room authentic material from the web (short articles, videos and songs). Furthemore the topics adressed in the reference texts will be presented. Based on this topics the oral communication will be exercised.
