At the end of the course the student must be familiar with the most frequent infectious diseases and of the epidemiology and prevention of health care associated infections
Occupational risks and prevention rules. Post-exposure prophylaxis. Health care associated infections. Epidemiology, clinical manifestations and treatment of HIV. Viral hepatitis: HAV, HBV, HCV, HDV, HEV. Infections of the central nervous system: meningitis. Scabies and pediculosis.
A booklet prepared by the teacher will be given at the end of the course
