The objective of the course is to provide the necessary basis for the analytical understanding of the basic issues of the scientific phenomena and in particular biotecnologi through the acquisition of basic methods of mathematical analysis and the theory of probability and statistics.

Descriptive statistics univariate. Descriptive statistics Bivariate. Linear regressions.basic elements of the theory of probability.elements of inferential statistics and statistical tests. Discrete distributions and continuous distributions. Basic elements of linear algebra vectors and matrices.Limits and continuity. Differential and integral calculus.
