DIRITTO DELL'UNIONE EUROPEA
Students must already have acquired a basic knowledge of the institutional framework of the European Union
To pass the exam, students are expected to be familiar with the relevant provisions of the Treaty on the European Union (TEU) and of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), according to the interpretation provided by the Court of Justice of the European Union.
The lectures aims at providing students with an in-depth analysis of EU policies, with regard to the four fundamental freedoms and in the light of the case-law of the Court of Justice
It is an advanced course aiming at providing students with an in-depth knowledge on the structure and the functioning of the European Union, its institutions and policies and the relationship between the European Union and its member States.
To prepare for the exam, which will be viva voce, students can rely on the following handbook:
