The exam consists of a written test and an oral exam.
The written test includes:
1 exercise concerning the frames;
1 or 2 exercises concerning the verification of reinforced concrete sections.
The theoretical test, which is accessed if at least 16/30 is obtained in the written test, includes questions on all the topics covered in the course.

Assessment: 
Voto Finale

Basic knowledge for the calculation of stresses, strains and displacements of plane frames.
Knowledge of statics and kinematics of the continuum.
Application of numerical methods for the design and verification of simple reinforced concrete and steel structures

The main topics are:
1.-Method of forces and displacements for flat frames (8 hours).
2.-Design and verification of reinforced concrete sections with the n method (20 hours).
3.-Introduction to the ultimate limit state method (8 hours)
4.-Introduction to the limit analysis (12 hours).
