Anatomy principles
Knowledge of the classes and ability to adapt standard protocols to the classes
Individual sports biomechanic, metabolic and energetic evaluation to develop a training programme
Team sports biomechanic, metabolic and energetic evaluation to develop a training programme
Postural evaluation: objective and subjective normality and trunk and limbs adaptation
Postural evaluation: back muscles, abdomen and hip flexors, intra-extra shoulder rotators, scapulae adductors, soleus and gastrocnemius
