The Universities of Lombardy believe that the precautionary reasons that led to the suspension of educational activities in the week that began with Monday February 24th 2020 are still current.
Therefore, in order ti assure a smooth functioning of the institutional activities of all the Lombard universities, activities are suspended until Saturday March 7th.

In order to limit the negative effects of this emergency, all the Universities of Lombardy, in the meantime, will offer students distance learning, according to each university’s  specific modalities.  Detailed information is available on the websites of individual universities; such information is communicated and updated in detail to all academic communities.
Each Lombardy university is working on the analysis of the various possible scenarios and on the identification of the appropriate solutions to be adopted, both in the short and medium / long term, in particular on the organization of educational activities.
The perspective is that all activities can start again on Monday March 9th.
