Dear Students,

According to the last Italian government provisions, starting from September 1st 2021, onsite teaching and training activities will be available to students holding a “Green Pass” only. The green pass must be shown when entering the University facilities.

Please find full information about the green pass on the following webpage: https://ec.europa.eu/info/live-work-travel-eu/coronavirus-response/safe-covid-19-vaccines-europeans/eu-digital-covid-certificate_en
National certifications issued by defined not EU countries are considered equivalent only if vaccinations have been made with the EMA approved drugs.
Students not having the green pass may enter Italy but, depending on their country of origin, must comply with a series of obligations such as: Completion of the digital localization form, tampons within 72 hours of departure, fiduciary isolation, swab at the end of the quarantine. All information could be found using the "Safe Travel" questionnaire on this page: https://infocovid.viaggiaresicuri.it/index_en.html
Students not having the green pass may perform their learning activities by distance learning means

All EU and non-EU citizens entering Lombardy for study reasons and who have at least the tax code can book the vaccine and, consequently, obtain the green pass, by connecting to https://prenotazionevaccinicovid.regione.lombardia.it/

Best regards,

The University Rector, Antonio Tagliabue
